• Account: name, organization, email, phone.
• Research qualification: organization type, research field, intended research purpose, and your acknowledgements with the time and policy version.
• Transactions: order contents, shipping and billing addresses, order status.
• Payment: handled by our payment processor once active. We receive only the transaction ID, status and amount — never full card numbers.
• Support: messages you send us and questions asked on this site.

Why we collect it Attorney review

To verify research eligibility, process and ship orders, keep batch traceability records, prevent misuse and fraud, answer support requests, and meet legal and tax obligations.

Analytics and cookies Attorney review

This site uses no analytics services, advertising pixels or third-party trackers. It stores your cart and sign-in in your browser’s local storage so the site works. It also remembers, in your browser only and for up to 90 days, which link brought you here (for example a campaign name in the web address, or the site that linked to us) so that an order can record where it came from. You can clear this at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser. If any of this changes, this policy will be updated first.
