1. Seller Attorney review

OnimaChain Shop is operated by OnimaChain Research LLC. All sales are made by OnimaChain Research LLC, Brownsburg, Indiana.

2. Eligibility Attorney review

Buyers must set up a research account, be at least 21, and purchase on behalf of a legitimate research activity.

3. Research-purpose restriction Attorney review

Products are sold for laboratory research use only, as described in the Research Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.

4. Prohibited use Attorney review

Buyers may not administer products to people or animals outside an approved protocol, use them in food, supplements, cosmetics or drugs, or resell them to consumers.

5. Buyer representations Attorney review

By ordering, the buyer confirms the account information is accurate and the acknowledgements given remain true.

6. Our right to refuse or cancel Attorney review

We may refuse, hold or cancel any order, and suspend any account, that doesn’t meet these terms, with a full refund of amounts paid for cancelled items.

7. Product documentation Attorney review

Testing is carried out by our supplier, not by us. Where the supplier provides a test report for a batch, we make it available. Product details on the site are reference information.

8. Prices and payment Attorney review

Prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown before you submit an order. Payment is taken once, only after an order passes review. Online payment is not yet active. See the Payment & billing policy.
